Terms of service

Scope

These terms govern the use of ayedesk.com, the waitlist and the Ayedesk app, including its API and MCP server (together, “the service”), provided by AXIOM TRAIL - FZCO (“Axiom Trail”, “we”, “us”). By using the service you accept them. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf. A signed agreement with us always prevails over this page.

Early access

Ayedesk is in early access. We open it a few workspaces at a time, and features may change, pause or go away as we learn. There is no service-level commitment during early access.

Early access is free. When we introduce paid plans, we will announce them, with their prices, at least 30 days before they apply to you, and you can decide then whether to continue.

Your account

Give us accurate details, keep your password and agent tokens secret, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what happens under your account and under the tokens you create. Ayedesk is a business tool: you must be at least 18 to use it.

Your content

What you and your agents put into Ayedesk stays yours. You allow us to host, copy, process and show it only as needed to provide the service to you and the people you share it with. Make sure you have the right to upload what you upload, and don't put in personal data you are not allowed to share. How we handle it is in the privacy policy and the data processing summary.

Your agents and your decisions

You choose which agents to connect and which projects each token can reach. Ayedesk does not run your agents: it records their cards and your decisions, and your agents act on them. You are responsible for what your agents post and do, and for following their providers' terms.

Approving a card allows exactly the action written on it. Ayedesk records who decided what and when, but the decision, and what follows from it, is yours.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law or anyone's rights, store or spread malware, get into accounts or data that aren't yours, probe or break its security, or overload it beyond its documented limits. Don't resell it without a written agreement with us.

Changes, suspension and closing

We may change the service and these terms. When a change to the terms matters, we tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it applies.

You can stop using Ayedesk and delete your account or workspace at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. Data is then deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The Ayedesk software, name, brand and website content belong to Axiom Trail or its licensors. Open-source components remain under their own licences. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as it is during early access, and Axiom Trail is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of revenue or data. Its total liability is limited to USD 100 while you use Ayedesk for free, and once you pay, to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, unless a signed agreement provides otherwise.
