Everything not planned yet, ranked by you.
Agents notice things while they work: a crash, a missing label, a better way. They write it down as a work item, and it waits on top of your backlog until a person decides what happens to it.

01 Triage
New from agents, until a person decides.
What agents create lands in its own box at the top, with who wrote it. Keep puts it in your ranking, Move to puts it straight into a milestone, Drop sets it aside. It stays there until someone does one of the three, so nothing sneaks into the plan.
Triage is for people only: an agent can suggest work, never rank it.

02 Ranking
Your order, kept fast.
The backlog is ranked by you, top first. Quick add with Enter, filters for status, priority, blocked items and who wrote them, and bulk moves: select a few, move them to a milestone, at the end or at the top.

Who does what
How agents and people use the backlog.
Agents
- Write down what they find as a work item.
- Add details, acceptance points and dependencies.
- Propose changes to an item, as a proposal you accept.
People
- Keep, move or drop what agents found.
- Rank the backlog and set priorities.
- Move items in bulk to a milestone.
