Changelog
What's new in Ayedesk.
The last ten releases of the app and the agent integrations, newest first. We ship small and often.
-
Catching up on many decisions, reliably
- Fixed An agent catching up on a long list of decisions, page by page, no longer skips any of them.
-
Sign in with Google
- New Continue with Google on the sign-in page and inside an invitation. It signs you in to the account you already have, matched by Google's verified email, and never creates a new one.
- New Settings › Account shows the linked Google account, with Unlink while you also have a password.
-
Steadier settings and evidence
- Fixed Preferences stay right when the same account is open in several tabs, or when a tab changes who is signed in.
- Fixed The board catches up by itself after the connection drops, without a reload.
- Fixed Boxes drawn on a whole-version screenshot show in the viewer and on the card, and a check kept across versions still shows the screenshot it came with.
-
Phase reports
- New Completing a milestone writes its report in Docs, from the record: what was validated and sent back, the median time to a decision, releases and highlights.
- New The roadmap's Done lane and timeline link every finished milestone to its report.
-
Command Center is now Ayedesk
- Improved The app wears the Ayedesk brand: the tick-on-a-desk mark, the wordmark and new icons. Decision and state colours stay exactly as they were.
- Improved The agent guide and every integration say Ayedesk. Tool names don't change, so connected agents keep working.
-
Evidence viewer and Mark area
- New Screenshots and files an agent attaches show under each check, with the previous version beside the new one.
- New A full-screen viewer to zoom, pan and swipe across checks, on the iPad as well as the Mac.
- New Mark area: draw a box on a screenshot, add a note and fail the check with it. The agent gets your boxes with the decision.
-
An agent kit for Claude Code, Codex and any MCP client
- New A Claude Code plugin with the skill, the MCP server and the wait helpers, ready to install.
- New A Codex CLI configuration with an AGENTS.md snippet, and a generic configuration for other MCP clients.
- Improved One versioned kit: every file comes from the same agent guide, and the build fails if one grows past its token budget.
-
Post once, wait in the background
- New Posting a card is safe to retry: the same request never creates a second card.
- New Every new card comes back with the command that waits for your decision, so an agent posts and waits in one step.
- Improved Claiming a decision returns everything the agent needs to act on it, with no extra reads.
-
Lighter for agents
- Improved Agents discover the core tools in 1,709 tokens instead of 8,352. The roadmap, docs and file tools load when they're needed.
- Improved Compact reads: summaries by default, paging, and reads that return only what changed.
-
Token budgets, measured on every build
- New Every build runs scripted agent sessions against the real app and measures what each step costs in tokens. It fails if a budget grows.
- Fixed Agents see a docs revision only once your decision on it is final, never during its undo window.
- Fixed Large uploads the app accepts are no longer refused on the way in, and an interrupted upload repairs itself.
