The plan, end to end.
Milestones read left to right, from what's done to what's next. Agents keep their work items current; people start and complete milestones. Not a Gantt chart, and no estimates: order and dependencies carry the meaning.

01 Milestones
Done, Now, Next, Later.
Each milestone shows its progress in one bar: done, in validation and blocked. Target dates where you set them, You are here on the one you're shipping, and an arrow wherever work in one milestone waits on another.
- The blocked filter shows what to unblock first.
- Drag work items between milestones, or move several at once.
- The Done timeline keeps every finished milestone and its numbers.

02 Work items
Work items that know their cards.
Every work item has acceptance points, and each point links to the card check that proves it. You see at a glance that the timer counts down, that ending at 0:00 still fails, and which point has no card yet.
Dependencies, links to pull requests, a conversation with the agent, and who wrote each revision of the description.

03 Phase reports
Reports written from the record.
Complete a milestone and Ayedesk writes its report in Docs: what was validated and sent back, the median time to a decision, releases to production and the highlights. The numbers are fixed at completion, so the report stays true.
